My flight to Da Nang was delayed, and the airport was too crowded. I called the Airport Connects hotline, and they quickly helped me purchase a voucher for SH Premium Lounge at Noi Bai. The process was fast, convenient, and seamless. The lounge was a perfect place to relax - comfortable seating, great food, and incredibly supportive staff. It made my wait much more enjoyable!
