Voucher Usage Regulations

• Lounge Access Duration: Maximum 3 hours before the original departure time.
• Single-Use, One Person Only: Each voucher is valid for one person and can be used only once.
• The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in any form.
• Adult Voucher: Grants one-time lounge access or extended stay (up to 3 hours) for travelers aged 12 and above.
• Child Voucher: Grants one-time lounge access or extended stay (up to 3 hours) for children.

Accompanying Child Policy

• Complimentary access for up to two children under 5 years old per accompanying adult.
• The third child under 5 years old and children aged 5 to 12 years old are subject to a 50% surcharge of the listed price per child.
• Passengers aged 12 and above are charged as adults.

Extended Stay Policy

• Every additional 3 hours is considered one extra time block ("Block").
• Any additional time under 3 hours is rounded up to 1 full Block.
• Extended stay fee: 50% of the standard rate per guest per Block.

Lounge Check-in Process

Passengers must present a valid Voucher code and boarding pass to lounge staff for verification.
 
Additional Notes

• Each lounge offers unique facilities and services, and guests are required to comply with lounge regulations.
• Lounge staff reserve the right to deny entry in the following cases:
  • Failure to present a valid Voucher code
  • Non-compliance with lounge policies or engaging in disruptive behavior affecting other guests.
  • The lounge is fully occupied at the time of arrival.
